And I hide because there’s more to me than what you see and I’m not sure you’d like the rest. I know that sometimes, I don’t like the rest.

Believe it or not, I’m happy about this. I can finally move on; this is a good thing, really.

6 months

Half a year is so damn long away. A journey filled with probably uncertainty and gloom. Damn it.

The battle to end all battles

Wars are life-changing. People may sacrifice a lot during the battles, and their future paths will likely be altered in so many various ways that one’s mind cannot imagine them all.

But despite these high costs, people still fight, just for one hope. The HOPE that past and current pains go away, and the future becomes a better place to live in.

And how I wish this is that final last battle.

Happiness seems a little like love: if you have to ask whether you are in it or not, you are probably not.

Last day of school lessons

Last day of lessons at NTU, but it was a pretty nice day at school. Probably because it did not end the same way most NTU days did: uneventful, alone.

Learnt at the final academic presentation that pushing your arguments through will not work at all if they are simply not convincing enough.

Fate also put several people along my path today. A pity that Dr Ho did not seem to recognise me anymore. Also met LW, KT, QH. Have always been amazed how I managed to become friends with them and YH, and I’m thankful that my uni life was not totally blank because of them.

A final conclusion post will have to wait till at least 2 weeks later. Till then, it’s exams exams exams.

No more personal attacks as jokes! I should be better than that!

Holding anger is a poison. It eats you from inside. We think that hating is a weapon that attacks the person who harms us. But hatred is a curved blade, and the harm we do, we do to ourselves.
